This 10 page interactive and fillable questionnaire is perfect for both soul entrepreneurs wanting to re-brand their own business or Graphic Designers wanting to pass this onto their clients for them to complete. Graphic Designers should have this questionnaire completed before they begin designing their clients logos and branding to get a great understanding of the clients business, target audience and preferred aesthetics. All text fields are clickable and text can be entered directly onto the form from either a computer or mobile device using Adobe Reader. This PDF can also be printed out to be filled in.

* This is a digital product, NO physical product will be sent to you.
Once you or your client has completed the questionnaire, they simply save the document as a copy. i.e - File > Save as... This will allow a copy to be saved with an original file name.
Once checkout is complete you will be able to automatically download your files. Please ensure to keep a copy of this download saved on your compter.
