My little Seed is a gorgeous baby boutique to be launched in 2022. When Abby came up with her business name she wanted a name that meant 'Growing family' and that is where My little Seed came from: "Seed: noun. Description: The word seed is associated with the beginning of new life within a family". I came up with a beautiful and soft neutral colour pallet, which is perfect for a baby boutique. I altered the font to include little fine lines that come to represent the “vines” or the stems of the seed as it sprouts. I love this concept and wanted to include a seedling illustration into her branding too. I hand drew Abby a mother and baby illustration for her logo and added a few gorgeous features, like the overall shape of the illustration being a heart and also the headband the baby is wearing, cleverly turns into a seedling that has sprouted! I just love this idea and then have further taken this concept throughout her branding, using the seeding in her monogram “MLS” and throughout her brand pattern. It's a gorgeous touch and a great way to represent a part of her logo without having to display the entire primary logo.
